行業簡述
目前絕大多(duo)數的(de)壓(ya)(ya)鑄(zhu)機(ji)(ji)都屬于(yu)液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)傳動(dong)壓(ya)(ya)鑄(zhu)機(ji)(ji),液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)傳動(dong)系統中(zhong)的(de)動(dong)力(li)(li)(li)由電機(ji)(ji)帶(dai)動(dong)油(you)(you)泵提(ti)供。在(zai)壓(ya)(ya)鑄(zhu)周(zhou)期過程中(zhong)的(de)變化(hua)(hua),壓(ya)(ya)鑄(zhu)機(ji)(ji)在(zai)不(bu)(bu)同(tong)(tong)工序(xu)下需要的(de)流量(liang)(liang)和壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)不(bu)(bu)同(tong)(tong),必須依(yi)靠流量(liang)(liang)閥(fa)和壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)閥(fa)來調(diao)節不(bu)(bu)同(tong)(tong)工序(xu)所須的(de)不(bu)(bu)同(tong)(tong)流量(liang)(liang)和壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)。并且(qie)當負荷變化(hua)(hua)比(bi)較大時(shi),由于(yu)定量(liang)(liang)泵不(bu)(bu)可(ke)調(diao)節輸(shu)出(chu)功(gong)率(lv),因(yin)(yin)此(ci)多(duo)余的(de)能(neng)量(liang)(liang)只(zhi)能(neng)消耗在(zai)擋(dang)板(ban)、油(you)(you)路(lu)泄漏、油(you)(you)溫的(de)升高中(zhong),也(ye)加劇了各種閥(fa)的(de)磨損、又造成油(you)(you)溫過高、電機(ji)(ji)噪音過大、以(yi)及機(ji)(ji)械壽命縮短等現象(xiang)。并且(qie)通(tong)常在(zai)設(she)計電機(ji)(ji)的(de)容量(liang)(liang)時(shi)比(bi)實際需要高出(chu)很多(duo),存在(zai)“大馬拉小車(che)”的(de)現象(xiang),造成電能(neng)的(de)大量(liang)(liang)浪費。因(yin)(yin)此(ci)推廣變頻器在(zai)壓(ya)(ya)鑄(zhu)機(ji)(ji)上的(de)應用,對于(yu)減少能(neng)源浪費具有(you)重要意(yi)義。
工藝說明
壓(ya)(ya)(ya)鑄機(ji)(ji)合模和(he)脫模,開模系統(tong)所(suo)需油壓(ya)(ya)(ya)較(jiao)(jiao)低,且時(shi)間(jian)較(jiao)(jiao)短;而注射,保壓(ya)(ya)(ya),冷卻系統(tong)所(suo)需油壓(ya)(ya)(ya)較(jiao)(jiao)高(gao),且時(shi)間(jian)較(jiao)(jiao)長,一(yi)般為一(yi)個工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)周期的(de)(de)40%~60%。每個階段時(shi)間(jian)的(de)(de)長短與加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)有(you)關(guan);間(jian)歇(xie)期長短也與加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)情況有(you)關(guan),有(you)時(shi)可以不(bu)要(yao)間(jian)歇(xie)期。如果注射的(de)(de)螺桿用液油馬(ma)達驅動,注射時(shi)的(de)(de)系統(tong)油壓(ya)(ya)(ya)會(hui)高(gao)一(yi)些。壓(ya)(ya)(ya)鑄機(ji)(ji)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)重量,從數(shu)十(shi)(shi)克到數(shu)萬克不(bu)等。因此,壓(ya)(ya)(ya)鑄機(ji)(ji)就(jiu)有(you)中小型和(he)大型之分,加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)數(shu)十(shi)(shi)克的(de)(de)小工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)和(he)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)數(shu)千克的(de)(de)大工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)一(yi)個周期的(de)(de)時(shi)間(jian)也是(shi)不(bu)相(xiang)同的(de)(de),就(jiu)是(shi)對同一(yi)臺(tai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)鑄機(ji)(ji),加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)原料不(bu)同,各(ge)段工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝流程中所(suo)需的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力和(he)時(shi)間(jian)也是(shi)需要(yao)改(gai)變的(de)(de)。
系統優勢:
1.改造后(hou),變頻(pin)器依據壓鑄機(ji)所(suo)需壓力流量大小(xiao)對電機(ji)進行自動調(diao)速,節電效(xiao)果明(ming)顯,提高(gao)電網功率因數、降低無功損(sun)耗。
