一、引言
目前國內糖(tang)廠(chang)使用(yong)(yong)的離心(xin)機,大(da)(da)部分是變(bian)極調速間隙式離心(xin)機,這種離心(xin)機提(ti)速慢(man),制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)采用(yong)(yong)抱閘制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)對電(dian)機的沖擊大(da)(da),電(dian)機很(hen)容易損壞,輔助時間長、噪音(yin)大(da)(da),限制(zhi)了生(sheng)產能力的提(ti)高(gao)。由于糖(tang)廠(chang)處于經濟(ji)欠發達地區(qu),采用(yong)(yong)自發電(dian),電(dian)網電(dian)壓波動(dong)(dong)大(da)(da),裕量(liang)小(xiao),且原料季(ji)節性強,要(yao)求(qiu)設備在較短時間內保持高(gao)生(sheng)產率,高(gao)可(ke)靠性,免維護,而離心(xin)機慣(guan)量(liang)大(da)(da),頻(pin)繁制(zhi)動(dong)(dong),速度(du)(du)精(jing)度(du)(du)要(yao)求(qiu)高(gao),因此(ci)要(yao)求(qiu)系(xi)統有足夠(gou)的制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)能力,對電(dian)氣系(xi)統要(yao)求(qiu)較高(gao)。
隨(sui)著變(bian)頻(pin)技(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)(de)發展(zhan),變(bian)頻(pin)器在制(zhi)(zhi)糖(tang)分(fen)離(li)心機(ji)上的(de)(de)(de)應(ying)(ying)用越(yue)來(lai)越(yue)多(duo)。采用變(bian)頻(pin)器驅動(dong)普通三相鼠籠電(dian)機(ji)可滿足(zu)制(zhi)(zhi)糖(tang)分(fen)離(li)工藝的(de)(de)(de)要求。考慮到分(fen)離(li)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)機(ji)械特性(xing)屬于恒(heng)轉矩(ju)大慣性(xing)負載,應(ying)(ying)采用恒(heng)轉矩(ju)特性(xing)的(de)(de)(de)變(bian)頻(pin)器并配置剎車(che)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)單元,選用合(he)適的(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)單元,配以一定的(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)電(dian)阻滿足(zu)分(fen)離(li)機(ji)剎車(che)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)要求。本文介(jie)紹了新科瑞(rui)C500系列(lie)變(bian)頻(pin)器應(ying)(ying)用在糖(tang)廠分(fen)離(li)機(ji)上,這種變(bian)頻(pin)器具(ju)有獨特的(de)(de)(de)矢(shi)量(liang)控制(zhi)(zhi)、低速(su)高(gao)轉矩(ju)輸(shu)出(chu)、轉差補(bu)償、AVR自動(dong)穩壓運行(xing)等功能。與原來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)操作(zuo)方式一致,采用多(duo)段速(su)度控制(zhi)(zhi)。
二、制糖(tang)分離(li)機的工藝
??廣東某(mou)糖廠的(de)制糖分(fen)(fen)(fen)離工(gong)(gong)藝采用離心脫(tuo)水(shui)(shui)方式。分(fen)(fen)(fen)離機主要由錐(zhui)體轉(zhuan)筒、驅動電機組成,電機軸與轉(zhuan)筒直(zhi)接相(xiang)連(lian)。從高濃度的(de)糖水(shui)(shui)中結(jie)晶出來的(de)固體糖,在錐(zhui)體轉(zhuan)筒中進行脫(tuo)水(shui)(shui)處理。處理的(de)過(guo)程(cheng)是:電機從零開始升(sheng)速(su),這時(shi)物料也開始注入(ru)轉(zhuan)筒,升(sheng)至(zhi)200r/min大(da)約需要1分(fen)(fen)(fen)鐘(zhong),注入(ru)的(de)物料已達(da)到1.5噸(dun),這時(shi)停(ting)止注料,并(bing)且升(sheng)速(su)至(zhi)700r/min運行1分(fen)(fen)(fen)鐘(zhong)后(hou),再升(sheng)速(su)到1000r/min,運行4分(fen)(fen)(fen)鐘(zhong)后(hou),水(shui)(shui)已全部拋(pao)干,逐步降(jiang)速(su)至(zhi)停(ting)止,降(jiang)速(su)過(guo)程(cheng)大(da)約2分(fen)(fen)(fen)鐘(zhong)。整個工(gong)(gong)藝過(guo)程(cheng)需時(shi)8分(fen)(fen)(fen)鐘(zhong)。?
三、制動單元及(ji)電阻?
??1、能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)耗(hao)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong):由于負(fu)載(zai)較重(物料(liao)1.5噸(dun)),加(jia)速(su)到(dao)(dao)(dao)1000r/min后,要(yao)在(zai)2分鐘的(de)(de)時間內停下(xia)來,必須加(jia)裝容(rong)(rong)量與變(bian)頻器容(rong)(rong)量相(xiang)當的(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)實際上(shang)(shang)就是一(yi)個電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)滯環開(kai)關(guan)。在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機降(jiang)速(su)時,負(fu)載(zai)的(de)(de)動(dong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)很大,加(jia)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機轉子上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),給電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機提供磁場(chang),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機變(bian)成了三相(xiang)交(jiao)流(liu)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機,發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機發(fa)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)經(jing)逆變(bian)橋上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)二(er)極管整流(liu)變(bian)為(wei)直流(liu)對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。如果電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)可(ke)以(yi)觀測,則電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)(de)流(liu)向和降(jiang)速(su)前相(xiang)反(fan),表(biao)明(ming)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)量由負(fu)載(zai)返回變(bian)頻器,當電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)的(de)(de)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)達到(dao)(dao)(dao)710V時,制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)開(kai)關(guan)打(da)開(kai),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)流(liu)向制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻力,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)以(yi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻發(fa)熱的(de)(de)形式耗(hao)掉。由于能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)量被消耗(hao),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)下(xia)降(jiang),下(xia)降(jiang)到(dao)(dao)(dao)680V時制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)關(guan)斷(duan)(duan)。只要(yao)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)過程沒有(you)結束,制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)就會反(fan)復地打(da)開(kai)和關(guan)斷(duan)(duan),使負(fu)載(zai)以(yi)平穩(wen)的(de)(de)速(su)度,很快地降(jiang)到(dao)(dao)(dao)零(ling)。?
??2、制動(dong)電阻的(de)計算:在有制動(dong)電阻制動(dong)的(de)情況下(xia),電動(dong)機內部(bu)的(de)有功耗損部(bu)分,折合(he)成制動(dong)轉矩(ju),大(da)約為(wei)電動(dong)機額定(ding)轉矩(ju)的(de)20%。因此可用下(xia)式計算制動(dong)電阻的(de)阻值(zhi):?

??3、制動電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)的(de)確定:視電(dian)機是否(fou)重復減速,制定電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)額(e)定功(gong)(gong)率(lv)選(xuan)擇(ze)是不同的(de),本例中電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)的(de)額(e)定功(gong)(gong)率(lv)為24kW,自然冷卻,如果強(qiang)迫風冷電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)的(de)額(e)定功(gong)(gong)率(lv)可(ke)減小。一般制動電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)應(ying)采用(yong)雙線(xian)并(bing)(bing)繞的(de)無感電(dian)阻(zu)(zu),當然也可(ke)用(yong)普通的(de)箱式電(dian)阻(zu)(zu),但(dan)需在電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)兩端并(bing)(bing)接(jie)一只續(xu)流二極管,可(ke)使用(yong)快恢復二極管,耐壓1000V以上(shang)。
